These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aegis Loop (“Service”), including our website, dashboard, and related APIs. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Aegis Loop provides developer security tooling across four modules: Code (repository and pull request scanning), Cloud (infrastructure-as-code posture), Attack (authorized URL surface checks), and Protect (runtime WAF rules). The Service includes vulnerability findings and optional autofix workflows. Features may change as we ship improvements; advanced capabilities described on our website may roll out over time.

2. Accounts

You must connect a valid GitHub account or personal access token to use the dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only on repositories and systems you are authorized to test. You must not misuse the Service to probe third-party systems, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with other users.

4. Your code and data

Scans analyze code you point us to. We clone repositories transiently for analysis. Findings and scan metadata may be stored to provide the Service. Do not submit secrets you cannot rotate if exposed during testing.

5. Autofix and AI features

Automated and AI-generated fixes are suggestions. You must review all changes before merging. We do not guarantee that fixes are complete, correct, or suitable for production.

6. Fees

Free and paid plans may apply as described on our pricing page. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Security scanning cannot guarantee detection of every vulnerability. You remain responsible for your own secure development practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis Loop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
